If the fish you purchased from our store does not live past the first 5-days, you will receive a 50% off discount of the single unit price for a replacement fish of the same kind. Please return the body and purchase receipt within the first 5-days of your purchase to receive the new replacement fish.
If the fish did not die of natural causes, the 5-day guarantee is now null and void.​
There are no guarantees on feeder fish.
Trade in Policy
You will receive 50% off what we can sell the fish for at the time of trade. Taxes still apply.
The fish must be 100% healthy.
